- Donations are generally non-refundable, but we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERAWARE INITIATIVE, ITS BOARD MEMBERS, OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberAware Initiative regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
