Our Story
CyberAware Initiative was founded in Vermont with a clear purpose: to bridge the cybersecurity skills gap and make quality cyber defense education accessible to everyone.
As cyber threats continue to grow in scale and sophistication, small businesses, local governments, schools, and individuals face an urgent need for cybersecurity knowledge. Yet access to quality training remains limited — especially in rural and underserved communities.
We believe that cybersecurity is not just a technical discipline — it's a community responsibility. By training individuals across Blue Team defense, Red Team offensive security, and Risk & Governance, we're building a generation of cyber defenders who can protect Vermont's digital infrastructure from the ground up.
