A plain-English, beginner-friendly course on driving Claude Code — Anthropic's AI coding assistant that lives in your terminal. No prior AI experience needed. By the end you'll know how to set it up, ask for what you want, and use it safely.
Claude Code is a tool from Anthropic that lets you talk to an AI assistant directly in your computer's terminal (or code editor) and have it read your files, write code, run commands, and complete real tasks — with your permission at each step. Think of it as a junior teammate who works at the speed of typing, that you supervise. This course teaches you to be a good supervisor.
Who this course is for
You don't need to be a developer. This course is written for CyberAware members who are new to AI tools and the command line — career-changers, students, small-business owners, and anyone curious about working alongside AI safely. We explain the jargon as we go.
Start from zero
We assume no terminal, git, or AI background. Every command is shown and explained.
